How To: Change the time of an Appointment or Action
- Open a CRM Manager screen .
- Click on the
[ Appointments & Actions (Diary) ]
tab. - Select the day of the appointment or action from the calendar.
- There are four methods of changing the time of an appointment:
- Click and drag the top or bottom of the entry up or down to the new start or end time.
- Click on the grey bar at the top of the appointment and drag to the new time.
- Click on the on the in the bottom right of the appointment or action. In the Resize Item dialog enter the new end time.
- Click on the button. With the Move radio button selected enter the new time for the appointment.
Note: if there are related appointments they will be moved together to the new time.
