How To: Create a Report listing items in Quarantine and the Returns Bay

1. Open a Stock screen (show me how).
2. In the [ Stock | List ] screen add any filters as required, for example Supplier.
3. Right click in the grid and select Print then Stock Value Report System Warehouses.
4. In the popup there are three options for configuring your report. To select the options you wish to use click on the blue button adjacent to it. The options are:
   • Just report on items IN STOCK?
   • Include OVERHEAD figure?
   • Include "COS EXCLUDE items? (ie include items that are stock controlled but do not post into the stock nominal account).
5. Click on OK to display the report which can be printed or saved to file as required.
