How To: Create an Entry in the Comm Log
- Open a CRM Manager screen.
- Click on the [ Comm Log (Leads) ]tab.
- Locate the customer using the postcode and/or contact type filters.
- Double click on the customer to load.
- Press Alt+E or click  to enter edit mode. to enter edit mode.
- Press F3 or click  to add a new item. to add a new item.
- Enter the required information in the lower relevant grid fields.
- Press Ctrl+S or click  to save. to save.
Note: alternatively, new entries can be created from the Customer screen by following the menu route: [ Customer | Detail | CRM | Communication Log ].
