How To: Enter a Percentage Discount on an item in an EPOS sales order

1. You must be in the process of taking an order, see Create and Process a Basic Order or Create and Process a Order with multiple payment types.
2. Focus on the item that requires the percentage discount applying in the Item Transactions Grid.
3. Click the button.
4. Focus in the Item Percentage Discount box in the Transaction Grid.
5. Enter the percentage discount to be applied to that item.
6. In the Price reduction popup select the reason for the discount and press Ok.
7. Press to apply the discount to the item.
8. Continue processing as described in the How To: Create and Process a Basic Order or How To: Create and Process a Order with multiple payment types.
