How To: Mark Un-Delivered Stock as Final Delivery
Marking a line as Final Delivery will prevent all further deliveries, as the outstanding order level will be cleared and the originating Purchase Order line will be flagged as final. This cannot be undone.
- Open a Purchase Order screen .
- Open the
[ Purchase Order | On Order ]
tab. - Use the filters to locate the items to be un-delivered, for example, filter by supplier.
- Click the "Go" button.
- Focus on the stock item that is to be marked as final delivery.
Note: if more than one stock item is to be marked as final delivery, you will need to green-select them. - Right-click and select Final Delivery from the context menu.
- In the warning popup click 'Yes'.
- In the confirmation popup click on 'Yes'.
Notes:
- In addition to the above method, lines can be removed from the On Order screen by doing one of the following;
- Delete the relevant line from the original purchase order;
- Delete the original purchase order altogether.
