Alternative Methods
Lines can also be removed from the On Order screen by:
- Deleting the relevant line from the original Purchase Order.
- Deleting the Purchase Order completely.
However, these methods have different consequences and should be used with care.
Important: Removing lines by deleting them from the Purchase Order will exclude them from the Under_Deliveries_Tab" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">[ Delivery (Goods In) | Under Deliveries ] screen.
If you need to retain visibility of under-delivered items, using Final Delivery is generally the preferred option.
