How To: View Sales Orders that have had stock assigned to them from Delivery Notes

When stock is booked in, Khaos Control can automatically assign the received stock to Sales Orders that are waiting on back-ordered items. The View Backorder Released Items feature allows you to see which Sales Orders have been updated as a result of stock being received on a Delivery Note.
Before You Begin
When booking stock into Khaos Control, make sure the following options are selected:
- Deliver?
- BO Rel?

View Back Order Released Items
- Open a Sales Invoice Manager screen (show me how).
- Open the Other Actions menu by either:
- Pressing F9, or
- Clicking the down arrow next to the green circle with a white cross icon on the toolbar.
- Select View Backorder Released Items.
- The Back Order Items Released window opens, displaying Sales Orders that have received stock allocations from Delivery Notes.
Additional Information
- The report only displays positive stock assignments.
- Any stock unassignments are excluded from the results.
- By default, the grid shows stock assignments made from Delivery Notes during the previous hour.
- This feature is useful for identifying which back orders have been released following a goods-in process.
