How To: Prioritise Stock to Urgent Sales Orders

By default, Khaos Control ERP allocates available stock to the oldest sales orders first. If you need to prioritise a specific order, you can use the Allocation Priority option to override the standard allocation sequence for that sales order.
Steps
- Create a sales order.
- Open the [ Sales Order | Additional ] tab.
- In the Options section, tick the Allocation Priority checkbox.
- Continue processing the sales order as required.
Additional Information
When Allocation Priority is enabled, the sales order will be prioritised for stock allocation ahead of older sales orders that would normally receive stock first. This can be useful when fulfilling urgent customer orders or managing priority deliveries.
