How To: Remove an Image for a Stock Item

If an image is no longer required or has been added in error, you can remove it from the stock record. This helps keep product information accurate and ensures only the correct images are available for telesales, websites and other integrations.
Remove an Image
- Open a Stock screen (show me how).
- Load the stock item you want to update.
- Open the [ Stock | Detail | Telesales / Internet | Primary ] tab.
- Press Alt+E or click the Edit button to enter edit mode.
- Select the image you want to remove.
- Click the Delete Item button.
- Press Ctrl+S or click Save to save your changes.
Result
The selected image will be removed from the stock item and will no longer be displayed within the product record.
Tips
- Double-check that you have selected the correct image before deleting it.
- If multiple images are attached to the stock item, only the selected image will be removed.
- Remember to save your changes after deleting the image, otherwise the removal will not be applied.
