This functionality is only available when Channels 2.0 is enabled.
From time to time, channel providers retire or discontinue services. When this happens, the service may no longer be available within the channel itself, but the associated configuration options are not automatically removed from Khaos Control.
You can manually remove these obsolete options from the channel setup.

Remove a Group Value

  1. Open the required channel.
  2. Go to the [Detail | Setup] tab.
  3. Enter Edit Mode.
  4. In the lower-left grid, green-select the Group Value you want to remove.
  5. Right-click the selected Group Value.
  6. Select Delete Group Value.
  7. Press Ctrl + S or click Save to apply the change.

Result

Once saved:
  • The selected Group Value will be removed from the lower-left grid.
  • Any related settings associated with that Group Value will also be removed from the lower-right grid.

Additional Information

  • Deleting a Group Value only removes the selected channel option and its associated settings.
  • Discontinued services are not automatically deleted from existing channel configurations.
  • Review any related channel settings before deleting a Group Value to ensure the option is no longer required.
