How To: Unbuild Stock Items using Warehouse Control


Warehouse Location Control is not enabled by default.
Training must be completed before using the warehouse functionality.

 Warehouse Location Control is an Advanced User feature.
It contains complex, resource-intensive functionality and a decision to begin using it should therefore not be taken lightly.


  1. Open a Stock screen (show me how).
  2. Select a build parent item and, from the [ Stock | Detail | Relationships ] tab:
  3. Click on the the unbuild parent stock items button button.
  4. Enter how many items you wish to un-build into the dialog box.
  5. Press the OK button to confirm (or press Esc to cancel).


Notes:

  • By default the child items from the build parent will be placed in the ARRIVALS location, however this can be changed in [ System Values | Stock | Warehousing ].
  • If you have selected to place unbuilt child items in the Primary Pick location and there is no Primary Pick associated with the child items, they will be placed in ARRIVALS.
