IOSS GFS Neo
Table Of Contents
Introduction
The GFS Neo courier integration includes support for the Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS) scheme.
When IOSS functionality is enabled and a sales order is being shipped to a destination within the European Union, Khaos Control automatically exports the configured IOSS number as part of the GFS Neo export file.
This helps ensure the required IOSS information is passed to GFS Neo for eligible EU shipments.
How the IOSS Number Is Exported
When all of the following conditions are met:
- IOSS functionality is enabled.
- The destination country is within the European Union.
- The order is exported using the GFS Neo integration.
The IOSS number is written to:
- Column 31
- Field Name:
ADD_REF_3
The value is exported in the following format:
@ioss=xxxxx;
Where
xxxxx represents the configured IOSS numberExample
@ioss=IM2760000000;
@ioss=IM2760000000;
The exported value is then available to GFS Neo for processing and onward transmission as required.
