New Appointment Dialog
The New Appointment dialog is available from:
- The context menu (Book Appointment) in the upper grid in the
[CRM Manager | Comm Log (Leads)]
screen - By pressing Ctrl+ Shift+B in a sales order.
- From the Relationship Management menu.
When completed, the appointment will then appear in the following screens:

[ CRM Manager | Appointments and Actions [Diary] ]
The popup consists of:
- Company: the company, customer or supplier the task is for; this can be changed by clicking the button or pressing F8.
- Desc: description of the appointment.
- Duration: the length of the appointment, in minutes.
- Date: the date the appointment is for.
- Time: the start time for the appointment.
- User: the user associated with the appointment.
