System Data Country Zones

Introduction
Country Zones allow you to group countries into logical regions such as the UK, EU or Rest of World (RoW).
Once created, Country Zones can be assigned to countries in System Data | International | Countries and used throughout Khaos Control to simplify shipping, customs and delivery configuration.
Country Zones are particularly useful when multiple countries share the same courier, delivery or customs rules.
Where Country Zones Are Used
Country Zones can be assigned to countries and are available in the following areas:
Harmonisation Codes
Country Zones can be used when configuring region-specific customs and international trade settings.
Countries
Assign a Country Zone to each country to group countries together for common processing rules.
Country Zones Grid
The Country Zones screen contains a single field.
Zone
Enter a name for the Country Zone.
This is a free-text field and can contain any description that suits your business requirements.
Common examples include:
- UK
- EU
- RoW (Rest of World)
- North America
- Asia Pacific
Choose clear and consistent names, as these values may be referenced in multiple areas of the system.
Important Notes
Country Zones are not selected using an F4 lookup in all areas of Khaos Control.Where a Zone field is available, the zone name must be entered exactly as it is defined on the Country Zones screen.
If the spelling or formatting does not match, the zone may not function as expected.
