System Data Price Lists

Price Lists are one of the most powerful marketing and pricing tools available in Khaos Control.
While a customer can only belong to a single company class, they can be assigned to multiple price lists. This allows you to offer different pricing structures to different groups of customers. For example, a medical supplier could receive different prices from those offered to dentists or doctors.
Price Lists can also be linked to Company Classes. When a new customer is created, the selected Company Class can automatically assign an associated Price List to the customer record. For more information, see Company Classes.
You can also configure a default Price List for all new customers in [ System Values | General | Defaults and Financial ].
Note: If a Price List is assigned through a Company Class, it overrides the default Price List configured in [ System Values | General | Defaults and Financial ].
For more information about using Price Lists, see Price Lists. For setup instructions, see How To: Price Lists, which contains guidance for creating and managing the different types of Price Lists available in Khaos Control.
