System Data Report Profiles
The Report Profiles works with [ System Data | Report Profile Folders ] as part of the ability to control the access to Data Query Report screen.
The screen consists of a grid with one column:
- Profile Name: this is the name of the profile or group that will have the ability to view and edit the reports contained in a specific group of folders. These are configured in the
[ System Data | Report Profile Folders ]screen, for example Marketing, Sales, Purchasing.
