Email Manager Other Actions Menu

Display the drop-down 'Other Actions' menu either by pressing F9 or clicking the down arrow immediately to the right of the green circle with a white cross icon at the top of the button bar. The following function is available:

• CSV Email Creator: opens the CSV Email Creator dialog.
• Duplicate Email Template: allows the user to copy an existing Email Template, see How To: Copy an existing Email Message Template to create a New Template.
