How To: Edit an Appointment or Action

  1. Open a CRM Manager screen (show me how).
  2. Click on the [ Appointments & Actions (Diary) ] tab.
  3. Select the day of the appointment or action from the calendar.
  4. Double-click on the message you wish to edit.
  5. Amend the text in the 'Task Editor' dialog box.
  6. Click 'OK'.
