Shipping your goods to Northern Ireland after 31 March 2021
The temporary arrangement for sending goods to NI is due to end on 31st March 2021, however this might be extended, see the following Government page Sending parcels to and from Northern Ireland.
You must ensure that you have applied appropriate courier services to orders for Northern Ireland so that any Customs / Internal settings are applied. Khaos Control will not do this automatically as the setting will differ depending upon which courier integration service you use.
You will also need to ensure that you review your Courier Bandings so that the appropriate services are used, for example Click and Drop, you won' need to make changes within Khaos Control as the item level and international fields are always exported, however if you have not configured your mapping to pass the fields onto Royal Mail you may have a problem.
