How To: Setup HHT Users (Legacy HHT)

Before using the HHT functionality users must be setup in System Data with:

• User Permissions
• User Profile
  
  

User Permissions

1. Open a System Data screen (show me how).
2. Open the Users screen.
3. Focus on the user in the grid you wish to update to use HHT.
4. Right click and select 'Edit User Permissions' from the options.
5. Tick the HHT User checkbox in the Special section.
6. Overtype the EPOS sign-on code at the top of the screen with password.
   Note: the password must be unique across all users.
7. Click on OK.

User Profiles

1. Open a System Data screen (show me how).
2. Open the Users screen.
3. Focus on the user in the grid you wish to update to use HHT.
4. Right click and select 'Define Profiles' from the options.
5. In the warning click on Yes and wait for the system to scan your screens.
6. In the Profile Management screen focus on the profile name you wish to change the setting for.
7. Click on the HHT Profiles tab.
8. Tick the options required, see below for details.
9. Repeat as required.
10. Click OK when finished.
