How To: Setup eBay Postage Rates
There are several steps required to setting up your postage rates so they can be used when listing items via Khaos Control:
Step One - Define the rates on eBay
In order to use the eBay Postage Rates for your items listed via Khaos Control they must exist on eBay, see 'To setup postage rates tables' on this page Specifying your postage costs and locations. The tables are defined on the 'Postage rate tables' screen for both domestic and international rates and you will need to sign into your seller page to access these options, see image below.
Step Two - Contact Khaos Control Support
email Support so they can update the shipping discount profiles list in Khaos Control with your postage rates table.
Step Three - Link the postage rates to the listings
Once your Shipping Rates have been linked they will be available to use when setting up your Channel Type Values under the eBay option:
- Shipment Domestic Table Rate: for your domestic shipping rates.
- Shipment Int`l Table Rate: for your International shipping rates.
