System Data Complaint Types
Complaint Types
The Complaint Types screen is used to define a list of complaint types that can be selected when creating and updating complaints on the [ Customer / Supplier | Detail | CRM | Comments / Complaints ]
screen. These complaint types can also be used as a filter on the [ CRM Manager | Complaints ]
screen.
Complaint Types Grid
- Complaint Type: the type of complaint, for example: Customer Service, Delivery problems, Product-specific, Staff attitude, Wait times etc.
- Default: checkbox - determines which complaint type populates the field by default when a new complaint is created.
Complaint Types Context Menu
- Apply Value Range: allows the user to specify a value that is to be applied to all of the currently selected rows/items for the current column.
- Clear Selection: deselects the currently selected line(s).
