How To: Print a Complaint Summary Report

The Complaint Summary report displays comments and complaints made against stock items in the [ Customer | Detail | CRM | Comments/Complaints ] screen. The complaints are grouped by level 2 stock type and covers the period selected. This report is available from either the Customer Other Actions Menu or from the CRM Manager Other Actions Menu.

  1. Open a Customer screen (show me how). or Open a CRM Manager screen (show me how).
  2. Press F9 or clicking the down arrow immediately to the right of the  to open the 'Other Actions' menu.
  3. Select Print and then Complaint Summary.
  4. In the Select Month and Year popup change the Month and Year as appropriate.
  5. Click on OK, the report will be displayed.
