System Data Manufacturers

Manufacturers

The [ System Data | Stock | Manufacturers ] screen contains a list of manufacturers that can be recorded on the [ Stock | Detail | Properties ] screen of a stock item. This screen can be set up to contain key manufacturer contact details. Items from the same manufacturer can be found in the Others tab in the Up/Cross Sell Dialog.

Manufacturers Grid

• Company Name: the name of the manufacturer.
• Telephone: the main telephone number for the manufacturer.
• EMail: the main email address for the manufacturer.
• Web Site: the website address of the manufacturer.
• Nominal Postings
  • Sale Nominal: links the manufacturer to a sales nominal.
    Note: this must be setup before it can be selected.
    
  • Purchase Nominal: links the manufacturer to a purchase nominal.
    Note: this must be setup before it can be selected.
    

Manufacturers Context Menu

• Apply Value Range: allows the user to specify a value that is to be applied to all of the currently selected rows/items for the current column.
• Clear Selection: deselects the currently selected line(s).
