024516: Adding Expected EX Works to Purchase Order Basic Report template

1.   Overview

KCSL have added support for A-level fields from the porder_item_c table to Basic Reports.

 

2.   Specification

KCSL will be adding support to A level fields to Basic Reports.

These will be controlled by an SVN option and are not available on the report designer by default.

 

3.   Configuration

An updated application and changelog will be provided with this functionality.

The new basic report field must be added to the Purchase Order Report template using the report designer, found in [ System Operations | Basic Reports Setup… ].

In the top left dropdowns in the report designer, set the first dropdown to DBDetails, and the second to the new field.

4.   Usage

After applying the above Configuration, typical steps for usage would include:

 

1. Open a Purchase Order and click ‘Print’.
2. You will see the expected new field as setup in your configuration.
