024774 Courier Integration: DPD API

1. Overview

KCSL have deployed the DPD API integration to HEM’s Corporate instance of Khaos Control.

KCSL will deploy the DPD API integration to HEM on Corporate Instance, for usage with international shipments, as well as domestic shipments.

An update and changelog will be applied as part of this development. Further configuration steps are as follows.

In addition to the standard courier configuration steps a new one has been made available within the [ System Data | Couriers |

‘Default’ means that the courier integration operates as in previous versions.

‘User credentials’ means user credentials are used.

‘Network credentials’ means network credentials are used.

After applying the above Configuration, typical steps for usage would include the following.

Invoices being assigned to the DPD courier within the Sales Invoice Manager will use the selected ‘Proxy Credentials’.
