025278: EPOS to pick lowest price from multiple possible pricelists.

1.      Overview

KCSL have implemented a way to allow EPOS to pick lowest price from multiple possible pricelists.

2.      Specification

Khaos control will make such that when the option EPOS_USECUSTOMERPRICELIST is enabled pricelists will apply prices such that the lower price / larger discount takes priority.

Standard pricelist

Standard Pricelist configuration hagiarchy applies
  •  Amount
  • Disc% with no Amount set will use the List Price.
  • Disc% with the Amount set will use the Amount.
  • Fixed Buy Price with the Base Markup%.
  • Massaged Buy Price with the Base Markup%.
  • Base Buy Price with the Base Markup%.

    An update and a changelog will be applied as part of this development.  
    In addition to standard Pricelist and EPOS pricelist configuration

    4.      Usage  

    After applying the above Configuration, typical steps for usage would include the following.

    Pricelists can be assigned to the generic EPOS customer or use a specific customer with EPOS Customer Detail.
    If there are multiple assigned pricelists with the same stock item, the pricelist with the lowest price will be applied.
