How To: Enable Email in Testing Mode
When creating email Trigger Rules and Message Templates you need to test them and ensure that they are working correctly and display as required. This should be carried out in your Test system. Khaos Control allows you to do this sending the email to your address even if the email would normally be sent to a customer.
- Log onto your Khaos Test system.
- Open
[ System Values | Contact Manager | Emails ]
. - Ensure that Email Manager Enabled is ticked.
- Ensure that Email Testing Mode is ticked.
- Add the email address, i.e. your address, that you want the emails to be sent to.
- Click on OK.
- Click on OK to the message informing you that you need to restart Khaos Control, then restart the system.
