How To: Print a List of Stock Codes

1. Open a Stock screen (show me how).
2. In the [ Stock | List ] screen add any filters as required, for example Stock Type.
3. Click on the button.
4. From the options select 'Print Grid'.
5. Hide the columns you don't wish to print by focusing on them and ticking the Hide Column checkbox, for example focus on the Stock Description column and tick the Hide Column checkbox.
6. Click on OK to view the report.

Notes:

• Discontinued stock will have to be reported on separately.
• Instead of using Print Grid you can use Send to Notepad instead.
