How To: Reorder or Return items based on historical EPOS sales
A Customer's previous sales order history can be viewed for the purpose of using these details for reordering or returning items:
- Log in to EPOS
- Click on the Manage Button.
- Navigate to the third page of the manage panel to find and click on the History Button to load the EPOS History dialog.
Note: if Customer is preselected on EPOS screen (other than the default EPOS customer) then the Company filter is pre-populated, otherwise the user will need to manually add the customer using the . - Press GO to display a list of EPOS orders for the selected Customer in the selected date range.
- Focus on the order in the top grid that contains the item to be returned or reordered.
- In the lower left Order Items grid focus on the item the customer wishes to return or reorder.
- Click on the between the lower grids to move the item into the Selected Items grid.
- Repeat as required.
- Update the quantity and Price as required.
Note: when 'Price' is ticked, the historical price and item discount will be used when the item is added to the current EPOS order. - Press OK to add the items to the current EPOS sales order.
- Process the EPOS order.
