How To: Setup Sales Nominals by Brand
When a Brand is stamped on a Sales Order and it is linked to a Sales Nominal, issuing an invoice for the Order will create journal entries against the linked Nominal, as per the Nominal Account Hierarchy. Brand is third in the hierarchy and can be used when you wish to view the sales in the P&L by different brands. This is very useful for ensuring that sales operatives take the correct payment type for the correct bank when the sale is for a particular Brand.
