Stock Web Categories Other Actions Menu

The Other Actions menu provides access to additional export and diagnostic options within Khaos Control.
To open the menu:
- Press F9, or
- Click the down arrow immediately to the right of the green circle with a white cross icon on the button bar.
Available Options
Export Date
Exports website categories as an XML file for the selected website.
This option exports only the category changes made since a specified date, making it suitable for websites that support incremental updates.
Export All
Exports the complete website category structure as an XML file for the selected website.
Unlike Export Date, this option ignores category change dates and exports the entire category tree. Use this option for websites that require a full category refresh.
Export Stock (Web Category)
Exports all stock details for the selected website as an XML file.
This export is not affected by date filters and always includes the complete stock dataset. It is intended for websites that require a full stock update rather than incremental changes.
Show Channel Debug Log
Opens the Channel Debug Log window, allowing you to review channel-related error messages and diagnostic information across all configured channels.

Additional Information
- Export files are created in XML format and can be saved to a location of your choice.
- The export option you use will depend on whether your website requires incremental updates or a full data refresh.
- The Channel Debug Log can be useful when troubleshooting website and marketplace integration issues.
