Introduction

The Stock screen is used to create, maintain and review stock items within Khaos Control.
There are several ways to open the Stock screen, allowing you to access it quickly from different areas of the system.

Method 1: Use the Command Window

  1. Open the Command Window.
  2. Type sk.
  3. Press Enter.
  4. The Stock screen will open.

Method 2: Use the Window List

  1. Open the Window List.
  2. Select Stock.
  3. The Stock screen will open.

Method 3: Use the Stock Menu Button

  1. Click the red "Sk" menu button.
  2. The Stock screen will open.

Additional Information

The Stock screen is the central location for managing stock items and provides access to functions such as:
  • Creating new stock items.
  • Maintaining product details.
  • Managing pricing.
  • Viewing stock levels.
  • Configuring stock relationships.
  • Managing website and telesales information.
Many Khaos Control processes start from the Stock screen, making it one of the most commonly used areas of the system.
