How To: Reorder or Return items based on historical EPOS sales

A Customer's previous sales order history can be viewed for the purpose of using these details for reordering or returning items:

  1. Log in to EPOS
  2. Click on the ManageButton.jpg Manage Button.
  3. Navigate to the third page of the manage panel to find and click on the HistoryButton.jpg History Button to load the EPOS History dialog.
    Note: if Customer is preselected on EPOS screen (other than the default EPOS customer) then the Company filter is pre-populated, otherwise the user will need to manually add the customer using the the green opening folder icon is normally linked to the opening of a dialog box that allows the user to browse and select a value or range of values .
  4. Press GO to display a list of EPOS orders for the selected Customer in the selected date range.
  5. Focus on the order in the top grid that contains the item to be returned or reordered.
  6. In the lower left Order Items grid focus on the item the customer wishes to return or reorder.
  7. Click on the Move right button between the lower grids to move the item into the Selected Items grid.
  8. Repeat as required.
  9. Update the quantity and Price as required.
    Note: when 'Price' is ticked, the historical price and item discount will be used when the item is added to the current EPOS order.
  10. Press OK to add the items to the current EPOS sales order.
  11. Process the EPOS order.
