How To: De-list Listings

Channel Listings is an Advanced User feature.
When an item is de-listed from eBay, the listing is removed from the marketplace and its status changes to Delisted within Khaos Control.
Note: De-listing items on eBay may incur charges depending on the listing type and the reason selected when ending the listing.
De-List an eBay Listing
- Open a Web Configuration screen (show me how).
- Open the [ Channel Listings | Listings ] screen.
- Filter the grid to display listings from the eBay channel.
Note: Listings can only be de-listed from one channel at a time.
- Select the item you want to de-list, or green-select multiple items.
- Right-click and select De-List Selected from the context menu.
- Choose the appropriate Ending Reason from the drop-down list.
- Click OK.
- Khaos Control will begin the de-listing process.
Confirm the De-Listing
A warning message will be displayed showing any potential fee loss that may occur as a result of ending the listing.
Note: This warning does not appear if the selected ending reason is Sell the item to the highest eligible bidder.
- Click Yes to confirm the de-listing.
- When the confirmation message appears, click OK.
The selected listings will be removed from eBay and their status will be updated to Delisted.
Additional Information
- Multiple listings can be de-listed in a single operation.
- De-listed items remain visible within Channel Listings for auditing and reporting purposes.
- The ending reason selected is passed to eBay as part of the listing closure process.
- Depending on your eBay account settings and listing type, ending listings early may result in fees.
