How To: Enter Customer Specific Notes
It is possible to have notes specific to a customer appear on their documents, for example Invoice Notes and Statement Notes. To do this:
- Open a Customer screen.
- Load the required customer record.
- Open the
[ Detail | CRM | Free Text Notes ]tab. - Press Alt+E or click
to enter edit mode. - Click
or press F3 to add a new item. - Enter free text notes in the required field:
- General Customer Notes
- Delivery Note/Picking List Note
- Invoice Note
- Statement Note
- Press Ctrl+S or click
to save the record.
Note: the notes support rich text (including Unicode symbols, emoji's and foreign characters).
