How To: Send an Email from Pending Emails

Emails generated by Khaos Control can be held in the Pending Emails queue until they are sent.
This commonly occurs when the email has not been configured to send automatically through an Email Manager Trigger Rule.
The Email Manager allows you to review pending emails and send them manually when required.
Steps
- Open an Email Manager screen (show me how).
- The Pending Emails list will be displayed.
- Green-select the emails you want to send.
- Right-click within the grid and select Send Selected Emails from the context menu.
- When the Process and SEND selected emails now? confirmation message appears, click Yes.
- Khaos Control will process and send the selected emails.
Results
Once the emails have been sent:
- They will be removed from the Pending Emails grid.
- If the Display Sent Emails option is enabled, the emails will remain visible and be shown as sent.
- The email status will be updated automatically by the system.

Pending emails can be generated from a variety of sources throughout Khaos Control, including:
- Automated email processes.
- Manual email generation.
- Report emails.
- Customer and supplier communications.
If emails are expected to be sent automatically, review the associated Trigger Rule configuration to ensure the rule is enabled and configured correctly.
