How To: Send an Email from Pending Emails

Emails can be held in Pending Emails if they have not been configured to be sent automatically using a Trigger Rule.

  1. Open an Email Manager screen (show me how).
  2. The Pending Emails will be displayed.
  3. Green-select the emails you wish to send.
  4. Right-click and from the context menu select Send Selected Emails.
  5. In the Process and SEND selected emails now? popup click on Yes.
  6. The emails will be sent and will disappear from the grid unless the Display Sent Emails checkbox is ticked.
