How To: Understand Worldship error messages

During normal processing, the program supplied by your courier will read and process the contents of the file that was exported from Khaos Control when the 'Assign to Courier' button was pressed in Sales Invoice Manager's Shipping stage.

Once it has completed processing the file, the courier software should delete this file.

Should the courier software be unable to process all the records in the file, it may display the following error message:

Export file for user id already exists. Order has not been processed in worldship. Please process before continuing.

This may occur because a service has been chosen that is incompatible for that region of the world, or similar reason.

If you encounter this error, we suggest you rename the exported file and try the export again.
