How To Add a Custom Label to an Ebay Listing

Important: Channel Listings is an Advanced User feature.
For Khaos Control to match stock items with eBay listings, the Custom SKU value on eBay must match the corresponding Stock Code in Khaos Control.
If a listing does not have a matching Custom SKU, Khaos Control will be unable to correctly identify and link the item during the listing import process.
Add a Custom SKU Label in eBay
- Log in to your eBay account.
- Go to My eBay > Selling Manager > Active Listings.
- If the Custom Label column is not visible:
- Click Customise.
- Tick the Custom Label option.
- Click Apply.
- In the Custom Label column, click Add next to the relevant listing.
- Enter the SKU value.
Important: The Custom Label value should match the stock item's Stock Code in Khaos Control.
- Save the changes.
Import the Listings into Khaos Control
After adding Custom SKU labels to your eBay listings:
- Ensure all listings that need to be managed in Khaos Control have a Custom SKU assigned.
- Import the listings into Khaos Control using the appropriate Channel Listings process.
Khaos Control will use the Custom SKU value to match each eBay listing with the corresponding stock record.

- Every eBay listing you want to manage through Khaos Control should have a Custom SKU.
- The Custom SKU should be unique and match the Stock Code used in Khaos Control.
- Adding Custom SKU values before importing listings helps prevent matching errors and duplicate records.
- If a listing cannot be matched to a stock item, verify that the Custom SKU exactly matches the Khaos Control Stock Code.
