How To: Add a New Address in a Sales Order

A new address can be added to a Sales Order.

  1. Open a Sales Order screen (show me how).
  2. Either create a new sales order or locate an existing sales order.
    Note: to edit an existing sales order, it must be in an editable stage of the [ Sales Invoice Manager ].
  3. Open [ Sales Order | Detail | Addresses ] tab.
  4. Press Alt+E or click the green triangle icon is the buttonbar's EDIT button to enter edit mode.
  5. Either:
    1. Click on the BtnPostcodeLookup.jpg(if enabled).
    2. In the Post Code Lookup dialog enter the postcode in the Search box and press Enter.
    3. Type the house number in the # field and click OK.
  6. or...
    1. Click on the BtnNewItemX.jpg to the right of the delivery address field.
    2. Enter the delivery address details.
  7. Press Ctrl+S or click the disk icon is the button bar's SAVE button to save.
