How To: Create a new Shipment from the Shipments Tab
Open the Scheduled Shipments and go to the Shipments tab.
Press Ctrl+N or click to create a new Shipment.
Select the Customer from the lookup dialog.
Press F3 or click to add a new item.
Ensure that the following options are correct before saving the Shipment:
shipment schedule
options
sales order address
payment information
Press Ctrl+S or click to save.
Notes:
Just like shipments created from sales orders, manually created shipments do not have an originating subscription, so there is nothing for other customers to 'join'. It is a one-off for a specific customer but it can be edited and added to.
If a number of customers require exactly the same shipments, then a subscription should be created and the customers joined to it to generate their own shipment schedules.
