You can delete user-created sub-stages within the Manual Hold stage of the Sales Invoice Manager when they are no longer required.
If the sub-stage contains Sales Orders, those orders will automatically be moved back to the parent Manual Hold stage before the sub-stage is removed.
Note: Only sub-stages that have been created by users can be deleted. Standard system stages cannot be removed.

Delete a Manual Hold Sub-Stage

  1. Open a Sales Invoice Manager screen (show me how).
  2. Select the Manual Hold sub-stage you want to delete.
  3. Right-click the sub-stage and select Delete SubStage.
  4. Click Yes to confirm the deletion.
  5. Close and reopen the Sales Invoice Manager to see the updated stage structure.

What Happens to Existing Orders?

If any Sales Orders are currently assigned to the sub-stage:
  • They will not be deleted.
  • They will automatically be moved into the parent Manual Hold stage.
  • They can then be managed or reassigned as required.

Additional Information

  • Deleting a sub-stage only removes the stage itself.
  • Sales Orders within the stage are preserved.
  • User-created sub-stages can be added and removed as your workflow requirements change.
  • Standard Sales Invoice Manager stages cannot be deleted.
