How To: Delete a New Customer Created in Error
- WARNING: Only new customers or suppliers that have no additional records, for example Comm Log entries, sales or purchase orders, can be deleted, for these customers see How To: Mark Contact Active or Inactive.
- Open either a Customer or a Supplier screen .
- Find and load the company record you wish to delete.
- Click to delete.
- In the warning popup click on Yes to delete the customer or supplier.
- In the Confirm popup click on Yes, the record will be deleted.
- Close the screen.
Note: only users with permission are able to delete customers and/or suppliers.
