How To: Retrieve eBay product data from the eBay listing
Since the introduction of the mandatory product identifiers for eBay listings, it has become increasingly difficult import all eBay listing data into Khaos Control's listing database. We have now developed Khaos Control to allow for the retrieval of mandatory product information. This change is specifically aimed at the retrieval of EAN codes where the listing has not been created through Khaos Control, especially those for variation listings.
When you're importing the product data from eBay:
- Open the
[ Stock | Channel Listings | Listings ]screen. - If you do not already have the listing in Khaos Control, see How To: Import Existing eBay Listings.
- Once the listing is in Khaos Control, you can right click on the listing and select Retrieve eBay Item Specifics / Product Codes - Selected from the Context Menu options:
- You will now be able to see any of the eBay product information within the listing values, which is pulled directly from eBay.
