How To: Add SCS Items to eBay Channel Listings

Training must be completed before using Channel Listings.

Channel Listings is an Advanced User feature.

Once the channel has been setup Size Colour Style (SCS) stock items can be added to the eBay channel easily by adding the parent SCS item. The [ Channel Listings | Listings ] screen will then be auto-populated with the SCS children.

	When setting up SCS items for use with Channel Listings (eBay and Amazon) it is important that the elements are named consistently for example do not mix lower and upper-case. Remember to add a Caption for each element in your SCS.

1. Open a Web Configuration screen (show me how).
2. Select the channel from the Website Selection.
3. Tick the 'Order Alphabetically' checkbox (Optional).
4. Click on the Go button.
5. Click on the button so you can view the categories within the website.
6. Press Alt+E or click to enter edit mode.
7. Focus on the category you wish to add stock to, it must have a blue cross adjacent to the leaf indicating that stock can be added to this category.
8. Click on the button above the stock item grid on the right.
9. In the Stock Lookup select the SCS parent stock item and double-click to add it to the grid.
10. Continue to add stock items to the different categories as required.
11. Press Ctrl+S or click to save .
    
    

Note: it is not possible to define variation names, add, delete or rename variation values for SCS items.
