How To: Change the Address on a Sales Order
The Invoice and Delivery addresses can be changed on a Sales Order. If there is just one address then the invoice address can't be changed until a new delivery address has been created using the new item or postcode lookup (if enabled) icons.
- Open a Sales Order screen .
- Either create a new sales order or locate an existing sales order.
Note: to edit an existing sales order, it must be in an editable stage of the
[ Sales Invoice Manager ].
[ Sales Order | Detail | Addresses ]tab.
- Press to enter edit mode. + or click
- Locate the required delivery or invoice address in the Delivery Address Choices grid to the right.
- Drag the address line from the Delivery Address Choices grid and drop over the existing invoice or delivery address displayed on the left.
- Press to save. + or click
