How To: Create and Apply a EPOS Sales Source to an EPOS User


Creating an EPOS Sales Source

  1. Open a System Data screen (show me how).
  2. Double-click on [ Sales Order Processing | Sale Source ].
  3. Press Alt+E or click the green triangle icon is the buttonbar's EDIT button to enter edit mode.
  4. Press F3 or click the NEW ITEM button has an icon that shows two sheets of paper (identified by having the top right corner folded down), arranged diagonally on the icon from top left to bottom right to add a new item.
  5. Enter the description of the Sales Source, for example 'EPOS'.
  6. Focus on the Price List column and press F4. See EPOS Price List for more information.
  7. Select the core EPOS price list from the choices.
  8. Press Ctrl+S or click the disk icon is the button bar's SAVE button to save.

Apply the EPOS Sales Source to the EPOS User

  1. Open a System Data screen (show me how).
  2. Double-click on [ Others | Users ].
  3. Press Alt+E or click the green triangle icon is the buttonbar's EDIT button to enter edit mode.
  4. Focus on the EPOS user. See How To: Create an EPOS User for more information.
  5. Focus in the Sales Source column and press F4.
  6. Select EPOS from the choices.
  7. Press Ctrl+S or click the disk icon is the button bar's SAVE button to save.
