How To: De-list Listings

Training must be completed before using Channel Listings.

Channel Listings is an Advanced User feature.

On eBay the stock item(s) to be delisted will be removed from eBay and will have a status of Delisted. This will incur charges.

To remove an item from being listed on eBay:

Open a Web Configuration screen (show me how).
Open the [ Channel Listings | Listings ] screen.
Filter the grid on the eBay channel.
Note: you can only de-list from one channel at a time.
Focus on the single item or green-select multiple items to de-list.
Right click and from the context menu select De-List selected.
Select the ending reason from the Ending Reason drop down list^[1].
Click on OK.
Khaos Control will delist the items.
A warning message will be displayed indicating that the item(s) being delisted may incur fees loss along with the amount.
Note: this message will not appear if the reason selected is Sell the item to the highest eligible bidder.
Click on Yes.
In the Khaos Message indicating that the operation is complete click on OK.
