Adding Items a Customer has Previously Ordered to a Sales Order
Adding Items a Customer has Previously Ordered to a Sales Order
The History Matrix dialog allows the user to add items to a sales order for a customer who has previously bought from you and would like to order the same items again.
Benefits of Using the Order History Matrix Dialog
- The date range allows the user to go back over periods to help the customer determine which item they bought in the past and would like to order again.
- Users can easily see items the customer has previously bought and then enter the quantity and even a different price to add the items to the current sales order.
- Customers who like to reorder the same brand, size, colour or make can do so easily.
- Users can quickly add items customers regularly buy to the sales order en-masse.
