Overview
When using Amazon integrations within Khaos Control, it is important to configure the correct Amazon Marketplace ID. If the wrong marketplace is selected, the integration may fail to connect or retrieve data correctly.
This article lists the Amazon Marketplace IDs currently supported by Khaos Control, along with any known restrictions or support notes.
Important: Some Amazon marketplaces are not currently supported. If you need to use a marketplace that is not listed as supported, please contact your Account Manager or Support representative for advice.

Choosing the Correct Marketplace
When configuring an Amazon integration, ensure that:
- The correct Marketplace ID is entered for the Amazon site you are connecting to.
- The marketplace is currently supported by Khaos Control.
- The marketplace matches the seller account and region being used.
Incorrect marketplace settings can prevent:
- Order imports
- Stock updates
- Price updates
- Shipment updates
- Other Amazon integration functions
