Intrastat ICN
Intrastat ICN Codes are setup in the [ System Data | Intrastat ICN ] screen. ICN codes can be assigned to Level 2 Stock Types in the [ System Data | Intrastat ICN - Stock Types ] screen if they are limited to the stock held in that stock type.
Once set up ICN codes can be assigned to individual stock items in their [ Stock | Detail | Accounting ] tab, see How To: Setup Intrastat ICN Codes.
Intrastat ICN
Lists the Intrastat codes to hold against stock items to enable Intrastat reports to be produced detailing types of goods that have been imported or exported to EU countries.
Intrastat ICN Grid
- ICN Code: the Intrastat ICN code.
- Description (max 350 characters) : description of the Intrastat ICN code.
- Sup. Unit: the type of unit the item is supplied in for example 1 Litre, Cubic Metre etc.
Note: these are predefined and accessed from the F4 button.
Intrastat ICN Context Menu
- Apply Value Range: allows the user to specify a value that is to be applied to all of the currently selected rows/items for the current column.
- Clear Selection: deselects the currently selected line(s).
Intrastat ICN Stock Types
Lists Intrastat codes to hold against specific level 2 stock types to enable Intrastat reports to be produced detailing types of goods that have been imported or exported to EU countries.
Intrastat ICN Stock Codes Grid
- Stock Type: the Level 2 Stock Type.
- ICN: the Intrastat ICN Code as set up in
[ System Data | Intrastat ICN ].
Intrastat ICN Stock Codes Context Menu
